Why level 45 is its own problem
What makes this bracket different.
45 leans towards modern WoW, with a lot of interesting items and access to double legendaries. It sits in a strange spot in Midnight: the stat squish pushes everything below 80 close together, so you still consider heavily socketed gear from level 30 raids alongside items like Dragonspine Trophy. Gearing is the interesting part here.
