Why level 40 is its own problem
What makes this bracket different.
Level 40 is difficult because the boss mechanics are more modern while the power increase over the brackets below it is very small. There are no absurd items here, which makes it the least fun bracket in my experience: Soul Capacitor one-shots anything in Timewalking content, and that is about it. It is the first bracket to open up the Heart of Azeroth, and Azerite armour is usable if you spam Island Expeditions to rank it up — but that makes 40 a very grindy bracket.
