Why level 60 is its own problem
What makes this bracket different.
Soulbind conduits do what 50 does, through a different system. They let you reach absurd places: my Druid soloed Mythic Jailer with Barkskin on a 20 second cooldown at 50% damage reduction, once legendaries were layered on top. Conduits and covenant abilities transform a character.
